JENNIFER SMITHERMAN Obituary

Jennifer (Jen) Michelle Smitherman passed away on her 37th birthday on Wednesday, November 8th 2023. She was born in Montgomery, Alabama and lived most of her childhood in Homewood, Alabama. She moved to California in 2008. Jennifer was preceded in death by her dad, Jerry Smitherman. She is survived by her partner of 8 years, Ryan Barnett of Mariposa, Her mother Janice (Michael) Hefley of Mariposa, her sister Jeana Smitherman of Alabama, her Aunt & Uncle, Connie and Kim Foshee of Alabama, Uncle Terry Smitherman, and cousins Andrew and Caitlin of Alabama, Uncle Cal Hosey of Florida. In lieu of flowers donations should go to: Non-profit homeless shelters or a no kill animal shelter in your area.

The memorial for Jen will be at 2:30 PM, Sunday, November 12 at Mariposa Church of Christ, 5259 Hwy 49 North.
